Group Health and Wellbeing Coaching

Together, we will explore:

  • Understanding the dimensions of wellness and assessing the status of it in one’s life

  • Developing individualized health vision and personal goals

  • Experiencing science-backed strategies for behavior change such as motivational interviewing

  • Receiving guidance on nutrition, movement, sleep, fitness, and overall well-being related to personal goals

  • Initiating the habit change process and developing sustainable new habits

Habit change happens over time and is key to avoiding and recovering from lifestyle related health challenges. The first 3-sessions of this course are weekly and the last three are bi-weekly to give support for a 3-month change process. To get the full benefit, participation in the full series is recommended.
